Since founding the Northwest's Original Antique Mall in 1982, we have grown to represent over 500 antique dealers in three Washington and Oregon Antique Centers. We have sold and shipped merchandise to customers in all 50 States. Please read the following Terms and Conditions before ordering:

TO ASK A QUESTION: Each mall's email address is listed on the homepage, as well as phone numbers. Any general questions can be addressed to myantiquemall@gmail.com. Please include the information off the image of the item's tag when requesting more information. More information: FAQ.

TO ORDER:  Our items pages are listed from newest to oldest, so the newest ones are the most likely to be still available for sale. We've gone to a more gallery-like system of HTML pages showing categories of merchandise for sale, rather than a database. If you see an item you're interested in, you may either email or call the mall the item is located in to purchase it (items subject to availability). You're always welcome to just call the mall the item is located in, if you want to bypass email and talk to a real person directly, during our business hours (10-5, 7 days a week PST). SHIPPING. We ship within 7 days of receipt of payment, though we usually get packages out quickly, towards the beginning of that time period. Shipping charges include packaging, insurance and in most cases UPS shipping to your door. Special handling should be requested at time of order. If you have a PO box, or specifically request USPS, please allow for up to 10 days for shipping- USPS is not our primary delivery service of choice.

GUARANTEE OF CONDITION: We inspect all items before shipping. We guarantee all items to be free of undisclosed defects. Should you find that the condition is not as described, you may return it.

GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY: Should your purchase prove to be a new reproduction or misrepresented as to condition or origin, we will gladly accept return of your purchase. We require documentation for this type of return, like a page cited in a book or a certified appraiser's written notice that the item is not as represented.

RETURNS: You are responsible for return mailing costs. Returns for "condition" must be mailed within 7 days of receipt by customer. Returns for "authenticity" must be received within one year of receipt of purchase and be accompanied by documentation or resource contesting authenticity (see above, guarantee of authenticity, for types of documentation accepted). Refunds will be mailed within 2 days of receipt of returned items. Refunds will be in the form of checks if original payment was check or cash, or credit card reimbursement if paid by credit or debit card.
