From Victorian era (late 1800's) silver tea strainers to
coin silver tea pots (silver coins melted into a teapot) to
70oz sterling candelabras (yes, 70 ounces of .925 sterling),
our malls carry a huge selection of vintage silver. This is just

Very rare silver Victorian Tea Strainer with very detailed design of children.

Marked "C. Bard & Son," Conrad Bard was a silversmith from Philadelphia.  He was active 1825
through 1854. He worked with his son a very short while in 1850.

This teapot is a good example of repousse. The body is raised from only two pieces.  The legs and finial are original and wonderful.  The engraving is excellent all around. 

This teapot is from the coin silver era, .900 fine  This teapot took a skilled worker two months to make
 starting with 35oz (troy) coins; itself a month's wages.  The teapot is water tight and with care will always be. 
All around fantastic condition with very sound hinge and handle.
